During the May 2022 EFT externship in Toledo, we realized Ohio’s EFT community needed some oomph. Inspired by the team at MichiganEFT.com, we launched OhioEFT.com and then set out to create this nine-point newsletter and a plan for monthly meetings. Nine points in honor of the nine steps EFTers trust. Here you’ll find a weekly round up of articles related to mental health and emotionally focused therapy, updates on OhioEFT activities, and other thought provoking and inspiring links. We promise to keep these newsletters short and sweet.

Got something you’d like to share for an upcoming newsletter? Send it to chris@ohioeft.com.

by ideopunk on Jul 15, 2022

We love lists…. This one is chock full of great thoughts like this one: Discipline is superior to motivation. The former can be trained, the latter is fleeting. You won’t be able to accomplish great things if you’re only relying on motivation.
